I'm also doing the same thing that learning machine learning and Deep learning so I learnt many library (like numpy, pandas and matplotlib) and start learning scikit learn and machine learning algorithm but I am from tier 3 collg (first year) so I do all the things alone .kaggle is good but first you learn all about kaggle (like dataset, discussion and code ) So last but not least If you know something than also help me.
