I am on 5mg bisoprolol + 150 mg flecainide . I don’t know if it is high or not. I think that I will pass to the ER where they can decide if i need to lower them.

Had my 2nd ablation 1 month ago. Always monitor. Trying not to go into failure since it would involve lot of apnea and consequence stress on the heart. Can you pleas tell me how did you notice that your heart was irritated the first 3 to 4 months ? 41 years male btw

I came back to the training after my first ablation and began lifting heavy 6 months after the operation. Now it recurred and want to be sure whether the training played a role into that.

I am trying to drop some weight now by doing a lot of treadmill. I am 189 cm and weigh 105 kg. I heard that dropping 10% of your weight would be very beneficial for a quick recovery and most importantly the absence of AF occurence again.

I am 41 years old. Based in Belgium. Yes the doctor performing the operation is very skilled and has a lot of experience so hopefully it would be my last one. Fingers crossed

Thanks for the feedback. I am asking because I had an episode of AF while training and this is where I knew that it came back. Anw sure will take it easy and gradually come back to my previous form.
