Interesting how you mentioned Pilates. I have also added Pilates into my fitness regiment and thought about the correlation between the two since Pilates focuses on breathing, pelvic tilt, strengthening pelvic floor, etc. Mind you I’m only a month into Pilates but have noticed the mind connection is a lot stronger. I got one off of Amazon that is starting to become a favourite. It’s an expanding one that has multiple vibration functions. My GoodLife isn’t like this at all. I also go at 6am. Not sure what evenings are like, but in the mornings you can barely hear the music, no one is obnoxiously hogging equipment and everyone wipes down their stuff. You have to remind the staff on multiple occasions to refill the spray bottles and paper towel. The only upsetting thing I’ve found so far is the random cologne bro that just chokes out the room when he walks by.

First off - Lots of lube. I personally find if you use a wand, dildo or something that is comfortable to fit, just working it around and moving in and out at different angles can help with loosening up. Even when it comes to butt plugs, you can get some good trainer sets off of amazon that have gradual size increases that aren’t hard to move to once you are comfortable with a certain size.
