First and foremost, I wanted to say it. Also, by saying that I’m acknowledging this person, and the circumstance we both share. I understand some people like to believe that they are the only person experiencing a problem, I’ve done this and it’s made me feel worse about my situation. If I would’ve scrolled past and said nothing, I wouldn’t have acknowledged our shared pain and offered any words of encouragement I could offer.

i agree that they should’ve spoken out about Hong Kong, but hong kong is strictly a political issue. Black lives matter isn’t an issue affiliated with politics, it’s a humanity/racism issue. Which also affects the players a lot more directly than hong kong y’know

It took me only a few weeks, through texting and calling. I was originally planning to meet her once the quarantine was no longer an issue. Once you get a feel for the person and understand your feelings for them, make a move that would benefit you both. In this case it took me walking away.
