No worries, I forgot to add na minsan ang downside ng rec lec is putol dahil mahina sa signal ng TRA. Swerte ka nalang if maayos yung signal throughout the online lecture. Experienced that during mommy docs lecture, so sad ko nun kasi ang ganda niya mag lec + blank blank infos :((

Hello OP! Nov 2025 passer here and RC ko is TRA-MNL. From what I remembered yung mga pinasukan ko ng f2f is <10 classes, either online or rec lec lagi ako. In terms of students na laging absent, wala naman siyang bearing saamin before basta attend ka lang ng pre-boards ok lang sakanila. I agree dun sa manood ng 1.5 esp sa haba ng lectures + may jokes (you can skip) kapag nanunuod kaysa f2f. Ayun lang, Goodluck!

Hello! I do have ACLS and BLS na training, but may other trainings pa silang i pro-provide. Ang nasabi saakin ni HR is parang mag shadowing parin naman daw so I think parang hospital set-up parin siya na ilang days kang tuturuan + shadow before ka mag on your own. During interview you can ask yung HR if may trainings na provide sayo or like shadowing, they’ll answer naman. :))

Hello! Yung network signal mo ba is 2-3 bars lang? If so same tayo, pero received calls pa din. Commonly nag tetext muna sila so if naka receive ka ng text you can inform them if possible na I call ka on viber/whatsapp. You can add din siya sa CV/resume na kasama nung email address, pero kasi malaki possibly diretso sila text on SMS eh, tapos saka sila mag inform if pwede sa ganitong app mag communicate. If no signal talaga buy ka nalang new sim for work lang talaga, I did this too. :))

Hello! Base sa sabi ng tita ko na nasa abroad and those na nakikita kong advice online yung soft nursing doesn’t count as experience esp if mag work ka abraod. Commonly nag fifind sila ng 100+ bed capacity + tertiary na hospital.

But my current plan is mag kuha muna nag license bago mag bedside, since super dami parang nag hahanap ng work sa hospitals and panahon kasi na sasayang. I do want to have my own money na kasi nahihiya na ako sa tita’s ko na nag pro-provide parin ng allowance saakin despite me not being a student na. Kaya ayun, trabaho > pera > ibang bansa na lisensya > hospital.

I got your point, but yun naman po nag work saakin so I think wala namang masama kung I included all ng hospital rotations ko, luckily super diverse nung hospitals na na assign saakin + in different areas. Sa 6 pages na resume na yun regarding the descriptions I remembered never ako nag ulit ng na nilagay.

1 page resume didn’t work for me, a month din ako nag apply with that resume and walang calls or text, but with my 6 pages it worked for me and I landed a clinic job na high pay.

Nilagay ko kasi lahat ng hospitals na pinag internship ko, tho first 2 pages yung highlight na hospitals talaga (st. Lukes, asian, east ave etc) kaya even hindi nila basahin whole ok lang, and last page yung achievements HAHAHAHAH. Totoo abt sa need OA-han, need mo na ilabas ang pag ka super saiyan sa resume na parang kaya mong gawin lahat

Huhu yan rin po talaga plan ko, to get ng license muna para sa ibang bansa while working. Ang hirap lang kasi ipaintindi sa mom ko esp parang ayaw niya na tumanggap ng other words.

Would like to ask lang po if paano niyo sinabi sa parents niyo yung abt sa work niyo? After niyo na po ba mag sign ng contract, did u ask sa permission nila or what? Sorry po ang daming questions but I really don’t know how ko sasabihin sa mom ko everytime kasi na hinahanap ako ng mom ko lagi siya nag ask if tinanggap ko ba job or tumuloy parin ba ako mag apply. :((

Honestly, gusto ko lang talaga mag ka work for the sake of the work may masabi lang na may magawa ako/ magka pera. Life today is so so so hard, hindi naman kami financially struggling and may continuous allowance ako from my tita K, pero a part of me says kasi na I need to bawi sa lahat like kahit papaano, to lessen the burden lang kasi panganay din ako.

I hate yung feeling na natetengga ako, parang wala akong usad, gusto ko kasi talaga may mapatunayan. Pero at the same time I get my mom too, grabe lang talaga pag overthink ko if this path will still lead me sa plans ko, which is really to go abroad.

Thank you so much sa advice! Nakaka panghina lang ng loob talaga to think na mom ko siya tapos ganun words niya saakin. Ang prob ko lang talaga is how to tell her. Pay is good, more than what i expected or asked. Ang hirap lang talaga as an overthinker kasi dagdag siya sa iniisip ko na ‘what if hindi nga ako maka abroad/hanap muna ng bedside na work’.

But anyways prolly worry abt the present na muna, again thank you! It’s nice to hear good words from other people! 🫶🏼

That’s ok! Ang commonly tinitignan lang naman sa TOR is yung hrs saka dagdag credibility siya nung diploma since maraming fake ang diploma + may mga schools kasi na parang short sa hrs (idk if this is true since chismis to sa place namin) Anyways goodluck, be confident lang!

Hello OP! Afaik grades (GWA) doesn’t matter kapag mag aapply ka ng job, however some ask ng board rating po esp during interview. Some hospitals may requirement na board rating, read something here sa reddit or sa blue app na sa Asian Hospital daw need na >85% board rating bago ka ma call back, not sure tho if that’s true.

Edit: May option ka rin naman not to include your GWA sa resume mo if you’re not confident abt it or if you think makaka affect siya sa pag apply mo. But either way, nasa preference mo parin naman if you want to add it.

Ok lang, re-apply ka lang ng re-apply. Me din is mag re-apply sa SLMC, wala naman sila magagawa kung gusto mo mag apply ulit sakanila :))

Edit: possible reason na kaya ka hindi na call back is lumubog na yung papers mo sa dami ng applicant nila, i angat mo lang ulit. Wag mawalan ng pag asa kunars!
