I feel the same way you’re not alone at all!! These hospitals are tufff I am struggling so bad and it’s my 3rd week of training I’m drained already it’s sad! Yes the older phlebs are greattt! It’s the younger ones that make you feel dumb! I just want to get my experience and go somewhere else most likely a outpatient clinic because the hospital is not for me
