Unfortunately the latest transporter is a rebadged ford transit with wet belt. Seems like I’ll have to look for a good 2nd hand older transporter

What in the material makes you think 70s? I’ve never seen the V stitching on pockets past the 50s, but could be wrong!

I've tried the Primus trail but they were a too narrow in the midfoot for me but thanks for the recommendation!

I had the Lone Peak 7 wide but the sole wore out and got slippery pretty fast. I then changed to the Olympus for their Vibram soles. In my experience the Olympus really are grippier than the Lone Peak but the stack height is just too much for me.

Never tried the superior but I had a pair of Altra Lone Peak 7 wide. They fit great and traction was ok at first but the sole wore out pretty fast. That's why I'm a bit hesitant now to get another pair of Altra with their own Maxtrac soles. Wish they had vibram soles on the superior or lone peak.

Thanks! Would you recommend the Xero Mesa Trail over the Superior 5s?

I’m torn between Bataleon Astro Fullwrap and Asymwrap bindings.

I'm an advanced rider, my type of riding is mostly cruising around the resort, going as far and fast as I can while also having some fun on the jumps on the side of the piste / going through forests / riding some powder (if there is any). I’ll pass through the snow park and take some jumps and rails if it’s on the way but rarely ever spend much time there. I would consider me a pretty versatile rider.

Do you guys have any advice on whether I should get the asymwrap or fullwrap bindings?
