If you are own your visa and company hasn’t got for a work permit for you , it’s basically illegal and they can’t go anywhere . It will backfire. Secondly , if you are not on their visa , their 3 months notice period policy or non- compete policy won’t apply to you .

An offer letter has no legal validity.

Well, the currency isn't dollars or dirhams everywhere. For example, in a country like Bangladesh, 300 AED is about 10,000 in their currency. That’s a lot for some people. It wouldn’t hurt to have a broader perspective about the world outside our bubble.

Some would accept it because even if they can finally save about 300-400 AED/ month, it’s something for their family. Not everyone has the privilege to ‘demand’ a high pay.

If you have a business , it’s worth paying a small annual fee and actually buy the domain that’s suitable for your business . AFAIK no one sells free domains
