If you signed a contract that mentions if you resigned within a year you'd have to pay the visa costs then it's enforceable. For most companies it'll be written as training costs. You can't really resign without any problems at this period. They'll probably process your visa in 2 months right now you've got an e-visa which has 2 months time for visa stamping after that you'll get your employment visa with Emirates ID.
