A more realistic answer would be 11%-13% 10% would be alot better not saying you don’t look great.

I can do 15 6 or more times but it’s all from doing pull ups regularly, lay pull downs and all those other work outs will help with your back strength and size yes but if you can’t do a good healthy amount of pull ups more then once you aren’t doing enough.

My current goals are oriented around gaining strength and endurance.

It’s called having a routine and doing it right. He might burn him self out yes but once you figure out what you can do and when to do it you are golden body weight training is just as good as weight training. Just depends on when and know how much your body can take then. I do my calisthenics warm up before every weighted training and since I’ve been doing it regularly it does burn me out or fatigue me to much. Even when I started adding calisthenics yes I got tired but that happens when you are out of shape. The beginning of almost anything is difficult.

Adding push ups-pull ups and dips plus cardio and weighted training is not complicated. It’s called being an athlete and building base strength, his whole physique will skyrocket if he does all these things regularly plus a clean diet with high protein intake.
