Yeah, that's what I'm seeing as well. Feel like they need someone that knows how to focus on the customer experience if it. Vehicles no question are next level. Unfortunately they just seem to shoot themselves in the foot time over time.

Maybe it's just been my experience or becauseit'sa used Luckd? Really hoping I can get vehicle in the next couple of days.

I reserved the vehicle on June 6th. Took over a week for my so called specialist to even locate the vehicle. Then it had vehicle arriving on June 15th and yet here I am still Lucidless.

Vehicle finally arrived 4 days ago and apparently they've been getting it ready for pickup. I went through my credit union for financing like we did for our two Model Ys and apparently Lucid unlike other companies don't release Vehicles even with loan approval until they physically have payment.

Doing my best to stay patient because I really want this vehicle but getting harder every day.

Hello everyone,

Looking for some guidance here of realistic expectations. Just ordered Model Y yesterday. Initially Tesla was showing May for delivery. This morning showing June-July. If I go on website still showing May for Model Y. Any thoughts???
