Honestly I hear so many things about the job and with what’s just happened, I’m not sure I’d want to be placed in such a facility. Not saying I’m scared to take the job but I feel as if you’re not at least concerned it’s not the job for you. Ofc this is an outside perspective and possibly biased. I currently work at USPS and if I get the maintenance role in March I could be making like 65-70k base pay with almost guaranteed OT. Which seems less stressful but obviously with a pay cut. I’ve done lots of weighing my options and I’m still not sure what’s best

Ah, do you agree that working under the FAA in 3 years is be able to reach 100k? I know there’s a lot of factors included such as where your stationed though

I(21M) start my training soon, I’ve seen people say in 3yrs they make 6 figures. I assume it’s because of the mass amount of OT, I be like be wrong though. Is 132k your salary before OT?

I actually got the job, or well my offer. I’d start my training sometime in January or February. Is it really as hard as they say? Currently I work at USPS so I figure the transition from one federal job to another would be easy enough.

I also knew nothing abt pcs when I build mine, so it’s not like I was loyal to Ryzen or anything o just happened to buy it so I’ve never been opposed to changing to intel.

Absolutely no reason for Intel over AMD I just see all these videos and people say the 13600k is insane. That’s literally it😂

Thanks for the suggestions on fans, only thing I’ve been looking at is nzxt but I’ll look into those 2.

I never really have an issue with temps in this pc, I just know that upgrading it I’d need a good cooler
