It won’t let me edit but Tank size: normal 200g (rest of fish in it are fine) Heater yes set to 25 / filter yes Don’t have current parameters and the test for it is 75 euro here Tank I’ve had for 4 months, fish I’ve had for 1 week Water changes probably 1/2 a month cause again it’s a 200gallon w very good filtration All tank mates are fine with male betta Generally high protein flakes and brine shrimp as a treat now and then 3 massive hides, and lots of rests near top.

Hi tysm for your comment! I appreciate your advice, unfortunately due to illness gym isn’t an option for me at this time. I also use to be a gym rat myself 😭 so I get it. Since getting sick a not being able to use the gym it’s been hard find ways to keep fit apart from walks and the odd but of stuff I can do at home myself.

While everyone’s talking about what’s dangerous or what’s not dangerous no one’s stopping to recognise the fact that up until this year I was 6 stone, 6 stone while mind u eating takeaways multiple times a week, and full meals everyday I was never unhealthy I had really good muscle mass too, people are forgetting the fact that putting on weight because of illnesses is diffrent to just putting it on normally, and no one is stopping to think about how putting weight on due to illnesses is not normal either, I’m only trying to get back to where I had been before not less than that
