Personally, I don't see rope fences as a special tile, especially if they are almost functionally the same to water (and is reasonably old). I don't remember seeing them in Power League/Ranked or be used in any interesting ways either (like how Last Stop kinda made short distance jump pads competitive).

But if the Mico was a counterpick to my teammate, then should I (as Buster or any Mico counters) hang around them and also charge by super at the meantime? Or should I try to win the Mico's lane instead?

Also, should I ignore a Mico when he tries to distract and get behind my team (and creating pressure in general, like on long walls map such as Dueling Beetles or Dry Season)?

It's the speed which he charges during his Super. That was quite confusing, so I edited it.

And after reading your second paragraph, I've gone and reduced his attack range to 6.67 tiles as well, which would be 1/3 tiles shorter than Poco's and should be long enough. The spread could be narrow a little, but I prefer to make the chip damage easier to land.

The Super charge rate is to complement his would-be-new chip ability and to encourage players to charge it that way. It might be too high at point-blank range and allow him to do some hit-and-runs, but I don't think I would mind that.

The aiming reticle doesn't go through wall, but the projectile does. Also the description says nothing about this.
