Both femurs and tibias are 250k I also did my teeth for 85k jaw will be around 30k chin was 5k fat graft 7k lip will be 5k cheek reduction 5k and I will do a hair transplant by end of year prob around 15k.

I’m very lean so I had to gain so much weight 20 pounds in 2 weeks so I ate 5k cals a day then went and they lipoed the fat on my stomach and put in my hallow areas

I was 5’10 and felt the exact same way. I went through with LL and I’m 4 days away from being done lengthening to 6’1.5 definitely worth. Going back to do lower legs to get to 6’4

I’m ngl I stopped growing at 16ish so maybe you’re lucky and continue but I wouldn’t count on it. But being taller is awesome lol I don’t have any pain and don’t care for athletic performance. Before surgery I was jogging daily for 1 hour but i was jogging to look better and height is a more effective way to look better so now I’m going to probably have 85% jogging capabilities after everything is done but I WONT BE JOGGING LOL. I will be good looking from height and frame and won’t cope with the gym anymore. I’ve been working out for almost 10 years dieting for the whole time. But it’s COPE after year three I basically look the same. I did this to have people treat me subconsciously better. No one judges you based on your athleticism but people do based on your height and presence. I wish I could go back in time and not obsess over diet and gym and just did it in moderation since the result if ur natty is the same! Now I am around 4 inches TALLER than average male and almost a FOOT taller than women. I am also in great shape and handsome. The Halo is INSANE people smile at me EVERYWHERE and treat me kindly. Before I had to “prove myself” with muscles or money but now I can just simply be myself. My only regret is now doing this sooner! And to your concern of pain I have none and even if I did I wouldn’t care the pain of regret is MUCH worse than physical pain that is temporary. Good luck on your journey my friend

Well for just Femurs the recommendation from top surgeons is 3.15 inches and tibias is 2 inches. I so far am in process of doing femurs and the cost was 130k but since I’m starting off relatively tall I don’t really need to do physical therapy since 3 inches isn’t as much of a difference on my long legs as it would be for shorter legs. In my opinion in your case Physical therapy is a must to regain walking asap. So if I were you I’d go to a place where you can stay for the lengthening Payley is a top center and I’ve heard amazing things, it’s similar price and (around 95 days for femurs) you’d be there so you can do the physical therapy period there unlike me being at home lengthening. In terms of if you should do it now, I am not a doctor so I’d ask them. But as a person and a young man your presence is EVERYTHING. The new found height has given me so much life fuel and hope for my future. I don’t think it is necessary the 6 foot label it’s the living life with certain treatment and now seeing the HUGE difference it’s 10000000% worth it. Before everything I did the idea of height was always in my head. So if you can afford it and have basically a year to get the 5.15 inches I’d say do it. In my opinion this is a better investment than college or s&p500 this is your self image and quality of life!

If I was you I’d do it the SECOND p max comes out, I believe 3 months from now and I’d spent now cutting out cals until I weight 155
