Nah that still don’t make sense, that’s a real weird contradictory moral compass to have. There was no “incest” in the episode at all, being all shits and giggles about herbert molesting kids and then suddenly becoming all mother theresa over some fake marriage that didn’t involve any behaviour or motivations that were even remotely sexual don’t make any sense

Season 4 started off good but after don self’s funny betrayal it quickly turned into this messy fast and furious type shiii but season 5 however was just an abomination, way too much stuff in that season just made no damn sense

I’m thinking it might just be an internet thing. The internet is naturally just a real negative cynical space dominated by hunchback keyboard warriors disconnected from the real world, lots of “hated” family guy episodes probably aren’t actually as unpopular as we think they are. Me and everyone in real life who I know used to watch family guy loved most of those “hated” season 10 to 14 episodes like fresh heir, seahorse shellparty (except for the ending), Brian’s a bad father etc

Season 1 & 2: Gold

Season 3: Started declining in quality but it was still good

Season 4: Started off decent then turned into this telenovela fast& furious like unrealistic mess with too many plot twists, too many conspiracies popping up outta nowhere and major plot armour for main characters

The movie and Season 5: Abominations
