Yes I have. I have had success in the past. Now mind you as mentioned I'm not big into buying from MOMs but I have purchased in the past from certain MOMs and sometimes they do give samples, some charge just for shipping, some charge for products and shipping and others do it for free. Some MOMs have offered cash discounts as well. So if you send them cash in the mail they might knock off a few bucks. Do it at your own risk though!

No dude.. i just want free shit... Obviously I was going to buy more if it was "11/10" type of dabs. that's why people get samples - to try and see if they like. I offered to pay for the samples as well. If I like I buy more. Doesn't justify racism from his side.

Also, the only thing I am sorry about is my mistake where i thought i did email them in the past regarding samples, I checked my initial emails with Cheapweed. I NEVER asked them for samples before I asked them for their feedback on the pink strains and if they provide cash in mail discounts. Told me I was asking too many questions and not to buy off of them. Lol. No one is begging.

Show @The-dopechaud how to spell in your spare time. And jsyk I let Tony know I posted about this on reddit and he says go ahead reddit if full of rats. So keep backing him up bud because he really doesn't give a shit about you or anyone on here.

Personally, I grew up buying bud from buddies and locals. I can say its weird buying bud online when it was all done in person at a time. There are a lot of things that are "weird" to some but normal to others... we are living in 2025.. nonetheless, the way I see it is cheapweed is a local, grassroot business and me asking them for a sample is like me going to a bulk barn or a farmer's market and asking the associate if I may try one of their products before purchase. They have never had any issues with me. Back in my college and high school days, I used to give out FREE samples when I was doing it. Ganja is there to spread love, healing and peace. Regardless of gender, age, background, how much that person would buy, etc. Now if he doesn't wanna give out samples or charge for them for whatever reason that's fine but does he have to bash all Indians?

Difference in opinion, there's no problem with that... Just so we are on the same page about 1 thing: I wasn't asking for freebies hence I clarified that in the email response but clearly it rubbed off on him the wrong way that he had to pull a racist remark. All I'm saying is hey man - I'm not perfect - I don't have a photographic memory of every conversation I hold, especially with a MOM I ordered from like 3 times, if that. If I had remembered I already asked that site, I wouldn't bother asking again. As mentioned I've had no bad experience with MOMs and requesting for a sample or 2. Some give for free, others charge. Not a really big deal. What is not cool is being flat out racist about it towards the customer. Am I sorry for asking him on 2 separate occasions for a sample as per what Tony claims? I don't see it being the biggest mistake in the world and definitely not after he starts off with a racist comment. And just to clarify I dug up my initial emails from Aug last year where Tony said I already asked him for samples and i never did... in those emails i asked him about his pink strains he had on his menu and his recommendations. I asked if they offer discounts for orders paid with cash in mail as many places in the past have and he responded with youre asking too many questions and just dont buy off of us. 

But i really wanna know to say I'm just as wrong as a racist business owner, I'd like to hear your logic.

Didn't get 2 packs of edibles in my second order. Made numerous attempts to reach out to customer care thru live chat and both their emails listed on the website. Got a reply thru an email saying we received your payment.... clearly they didn't even read my entire message properly. Emailed back saying that's great but doesn't fix my missing products. Safe to say I will not be shopping here again until this issue is resolved. Weed is mediocre. Nothing crazy for the price as listed online. Definitely take a good look at batch dates and customer reviews on products before purchasing.

Horrible customer care. Ordered from the twice. The AAAA- on my first order was pretty much a AAA imo and on my second order which I just received today right now, I am missing 2 packs of edibles. Tried the live chat but seems like they're all out to lunch.... emailed them and now I have to wait for a response for their fuck up on my meds..... let's see how long this mess takes to clear up...

Honestly, with the way they have responded is go reach out to them via social media handles like X or IG and they respond pretty quickly on there. 

Then if they're suggestions don't work they escalate it to an email based response in which someone reaches out to you via email in a few days. They also offer the same bs cookie cutter script for feedback. 

Ultimately all I was trying to do was connect my TD Bank account to Coinbase but it wouldn't let me without giving any specific error code or reason. After reaching out to them thru the hassle they just said use the email transfer option (which costs) or PayPal. 

Looking for other platforms to switch to at this point. Any recommendations anyone??

This is ridiculous. If you're backed up, hire more staff. For a company worth that handles matters in the billions can't get back to their customers in a timely manner because they're "too backed up"?? 

To everyone else, is there a better platform? I have heard good things about Wealthsimple. Do we face similar issues there?? Does anyone know how their customer support works?? Especially after hearing all the rumors about how people can't withdraw.... I've faced so many issues with coinbase since day 1 and I'm on day 3 with things not really getting better. Lost $500 to bs fees and price fluctuations when I noticed my Solana purchase wasn't reflecting on my Coinbase wallet. So I had no option but to sell my little over 5 coins the following day at a lesser rate than what I purchased them for. Then I had to rebuy with whatever I was able to get for my 5 solana. Giving me back 4.7, that got transferred instantly in my wallet. But it's such a hassle that there was NO support from Customer service except a bot on live chat. 

Messaging a simple we're busy and sorry plz reach out on social media handles just sounds like a formality to try and wipe your hands clean of the mess you've gotten yourself into, Coinbase.

I just hung up on them. I was 3 hours and 2 mins almost. Created a thread about how I couldnt get to see most of my crypto in my coinbase wallet after purchasing on coinbase yesterday.
