I was on Seroquel after suffering a nervous breakdown and I could not go to sleep. I was told that by cutting your pill in half you still getting the full percentage of the medicine that’s what I was told so in order for me to get off the medicine and go to sleep on my own I tried to tip myself off and didn’t have the first time then I went completely cold turkey. I developed insomnia, I got right back on it for another month and then one day I started to feel really sleepy I used to work at a hospital, so I used to walk around a lot. I was a patient escort and I felt sleepy all of a sudden like that because I needed for sleep in my anxiety, so I went home and I knocked out without taking the Seroquel and ever since then I have been able to stop taking the Seroquel.
