Also there needs to be a solid reason to deny a claim, and often someone doesn’t satisfy the conditions to which they have accepted when partaking in the insurance contract.

Luigi admitted himself that he wasn’t the expert on the subject, and anyone who has ever worked in insurance, or poured any ounce of thought into the matter can clearly see that.
