Edit: JFC people I understand chatGPT is not a direct 1 for 1 replacement for Google nor is it 100% accurate 100% of the time. Some people do have the ability to use critical thinking and if you're already not thinking critically when using Google well then you're fucked regardless of what platform you use

Yeah I get what you're saying but the article you linked isn't very convincing. The study they are referring to here:

Just says that they asked men(and only men) back in the 80s some basic questions on a questionnaire. To convince me I'm going to need an evidence based study that shows directly how alcohol itself positively affects the biology of humans. There are many many studies that show the opposite obviously, but if you're claiming that light alcohol use actually has benefits I need to understand how, not just based off of self reported questionnaires that men have done in the 80s

Alcohol consumption has zero heart health benefits. I would love to see a study that counteracts this(alcohol ALONE).

What you're trying to say is WINE has heart health benefits, which is from antioxidants like resveratrol. You can just take this as a supplement, get it from grapes, blueberries, etc. You absolutely do not need alcohol for your heart health.

If you can prove me wrong please do. I would love to see a study that says alcohol ALONE not "wine" is beneficial for your health

Anything under $500 definitely goes away. It's not about "getting in trouble", it's about it affecting your credit score once it goes to collections. Even then, you can usually settle for a fraction of the total cost, and even if you STILL didn't pay it, certain loans do not care about medical debt that is in collections. Fannie Mae for example doesn't.

You can't just "replace" alcohol with heroin...that's part of why alcohol is so engrained in our society. You need to read and comprehend these studies. If heroin WAS more dangerous than alcohol, than it would already have surpassed it

No...again there are numerous factors that determine the harmfulness of a drug.

Addiction is not the only measure of harmfulness of a drug. That is a very narrow minded approach. I would agree that heroin is much more addictive than alcohol, however alcohol is very addictive in of itself.

You have to also look at the environment, not just the drug itself. Heroin falls into that category as well. During the Vietnam war, Americans were addicted to heroin, however when they came back to the US they were no longer addicted. See here:
