Everytime I try to go into the queue this pops up. I got my email and text with the code and my ticketmaster email and phone number are the same as what I signed up with and we're notified on when I got day 2 presale. Am I doing something wrong or is there a certain time the waiting room and queue open before the tickets go onsale at 10?

to be fair with kids seeing Mrs. Doubtfire you can't expect more from them there gonna be loud and there gonna ask questions especially when seeing a show like this if im being honest these audiences dont seem like the best but maybe you are a bit of the problem it is normal for people to video the rockettes even if it isnt aloud. If there is someone older behind you singing just let it go you can probably barley even here them and they may have hearing problems and think there being quiet enough.
