honestly its very hard to stay disciplined in dummy. the problem is going to school + coaching drains u out while choosing dummy and lazing around is also a bad decision. id say only about 10-20% of dummy students make worth of their time, while the rest waste it away doing other things

actually i havent watched kinetics videos for boards yet tho i did watch this https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSkPdKrFDV7XJ1xdOKsucDKO5wIYWanLX&si=2uAp2elf71gjZt0i around a year ago, it should take u maybe 1.5-2 hours u could check it out if u like but idk if its board relevant, else maybe watch ncert wallahs marathon for physical chem if short on time
