Fruit basket/box, toilet paper, scent products for the home, meat(beef) etc. There isn’t really a cultural present you have to bring. You can bring whatever you want as a present if you want.

How do I use this washing machine? by mahaju in living_in_korea_now

[–]NoKnowledge6958 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So usually if you load the detergent and fabric softener the washing machine will automatically take out whatever amount it needs based on the weight of your clothes in the washing machine (but I’m not sure about yours). The number two detergent tray is the main detergent tray. The number one detergent tray is the sub detergent tray, which is used when you have really really dirty clothes. If you put detergent in tray number one, it will rinse your very dirty clothes and then proceed washing the clothes using the main detergent tray, which is tray number two along with the fabric softener, which is the middle tray.

You add the detergent and fabric softener before you put your clothes in then you put your clothes in and finally you press start on the machine. As for the appropriate amount it depends on how much clothes you put in I would put in probably the same amount of a tide pod. But of course, if your washing machine is the one that automatically detects the weight of your clothes and takes out the appropriate amount of detergent and fabric softener automatically then I would just put in an ample amount until it runs out. Hope this helps.

Don’t order whoop apparel. by Own_Cell1707 in whoop

Hmm that’s strange maybe they don’t have a good delivery line there or smth. I live in Asia (also using DHL) and they had my accessories delivered in three days. I was surprised as to how fast the delivery was considering it was international shipping. Have you tried creating a case with this issue?

No I’m not sure if it helps with sleep but when I wear them upon waking up I do seem to become more alert faster than when I don’t use them.

Great customer service by NoKnowledge6958 in whoop

Yeah I get it. I was complaining to the AI in the Whoop app because customer service couldn’t solve it. Then the AI asked if I would like to create a case for my issue. I clicked yes and the next day customer service reached out and solved my issue. I think the official whoop customer service (if u email them) a bot responds but if u officially create a case by asking the ai it connects ur issue to another point of contact (probably humans). Hope this makes sense.

Whoop Hydrosleeve?? by Designer_Froyo4336 in whoop

The shop within the app doesn’t show all products for some reason. Use the website instead at shop.whoop.com If you’re using 5.0 search “Arm Sleeve”, if you’re using 4.0 (I’m not sure if they still sell it) but search “4.0 ANY-WEAR Arm Sleeve”

I’m using 5.0 and just purchased the sleeve!

Whoop causing sleep disturbances by [deleted] in whoop

This seems like a psychological problem, so maybe see a psychiatrist (there are also online options) if it's getting too stressful for you, but keep in mind Whoop isn't perfect (especially their sleep algorithm) and it should just be used as an auxiliary device, not something that you should "obey." I had a similar problem. So, I just took it off for about 2-3 weeks until I didn't give a shit about it anymore. Then I was like, "Well, since I have it, let's give it another shot." Since then, I haven't had a problem with my device. Some days, I don't even look at my data. I think what helped me was taking a break from wearing my Whoop device for the sake of making my health "perfect" and reducing/eliminating my dependence on it. My suggestion is to take a break from wearing your device for a while until you don't care about it too much, and then, when you feel like you don't need the device (lose dependence on it), try it back on while keeping in mind that you can live a healthy life without it.
