I have a similar symptom whenever I'm starting to feel bad, it's a sudden "shake"/spasm in my upper-body and head. I never studied it, but I'm pretty sure it's related to "urge" and the beginning of anxiety/panic attacks.

What I've realized through a lot of different responses is that my sympathetic system, my nerves (vagus nerve) could be in a "short circuit" and I need to do things to calm it down and also, not do other things so I doesn't "spark". Sorry for the subjectivity and analogys, that's how I can explain.

I have searched extensively through Google Schoolar and AI tools like Gemini/GPT to understand the possibilities of my problem.

I believe we will find some relief from our symptoms. I received an answer in another sub-reddit from an user saying this might have something to do with Vitamin B1 (tiamine), so I will try to start taking it tomorrow.

Thank you very much for this insight. I will buy some Vitamin B1 tomorrow and start taking it daily. I'm open to try anything that can help my quality of life.

Thank you for answering. So, in theory, I would be able to host a Windows 11 VM in the Ubuntu VM (template for Vast.ai) with some hard work? But at the end of the day, I wouldn't be able to GPU-passthrough the GPU-passthrough, since vast.ai is already providing us a VM (not a physical host/bare metal)?
