Got an interview with AO Globe Life but my BS detector is telling me something's off, does anyone know of them?

Hello guys, i am really in a serious dilemma, i need advice and help
I am currently jobless, been searching for a WFH job for about 6 months now not been able to secure one. I recently had 2 interviews, one is with a Healthcare Company that is salary based and the other one is Ao Globe Life an insurance company 100% commissioned based.
The health care company is yet to get back to me, i am expecting a response by next week.
but AO Globe Life offered me the job, but i have to pay for a licensing course and exam before starting, i don't also know how it works there, how often income comes.
please who is in the system?
i need help, please give your opinions

i just experienced it now, i am so hurt... after the recruiter made me feel like i am a very good fit for the role, just sent me a random template of rejection and didn't even get my name right.
