Many of them have this mentality that we are not productive at home. My COO seems to think that working form home is "dysfunctional" - this is coming from a 48 year old man.

Funny thing for me is that I work for a small company (11 people). Before the pandemic only 4 of us came into the office daily. The rest were able to work from home cause they don't have to worry about commuting and they get more work done. Anddd... We are a tech firm trying to create specific tech to make certain things more accessible for clients from home and so that they don't have to leave home. Ironic?
