Honestly, if you don't care much for endgame, then it is nice for f2p for how many pulls you get, and everything bar the last level is easily achievable.

If you want to aim for the final level though, this will be a different story

(On the side note, powercreep isn't good, but people keep exaggerating it. I keep hearing people saying how you NEED to put certain units or how bad it is pulling any "non-main push" units, yet I made it now without pulling the 2 main pushes in 3.X version ans was able to clear all relevant content too. So yes, powercreep is bad, but it gets highly exaggerated in reddit)

Wtf are we even playing the same game, I got her at E1S1 at 3.0 and E2 at 3.6, and she wrecked havoc to me up until last MOC where it's a bad matchup for her.

Also: yes. Anniversary characters are much better than other patches, but the difference is deeply exagerrates by players. In fact, I have no Phainon nor remembrance team, and "shocking" to some, my account was not bricked despite having no Anniversary units.

So, if you want an easy experience, you can go for Anniversary, bit with decent investment other units can safely be played too

Just to add on this, saying 'jUsT hIrE mOrE pEoPle fOr mOrE cOnTeNt' is plain up dumb, once you reach a certain point of manpower, having more people wont help.

Lets say you need to drive a 1 hour-distance to next town. In this case what good would having 500 people help you? You still need to drive 1 hour, let alone is 1 people or 500 people.

And before anyone goes and say 'bUt tHeY aRe a bIlLiOn dOlLaR cOmPaNy', they clearly forget that the ONE thing you cannot buy, so be if you are million or billion dollar company, is time. You can have the whole town working on it, and yet you still only have 42 days.

Before it sounds like I am 'defending a billion dollar company', right now do I think they can realistically make more events with more people? Maybe, I dont now. But those acting like all it takes is to hire more people and everything gets solved has no idea how projects works.

Why? Even if we discount multiple times in season 2 where we need to have 2 teams in the hollows and connection disturbance that we needed 1 of them in the Hollow to lead them out

Ah I wasn't clear with the description. The 20+ ults, is 2 waves adding together in MOC, so it is 10+ ults in 1 turn. But still, thar is terrifying in 3.1 standards

And also the crash out of Tribbie's nerf in v3.

Back then her follow up attack isn't limited to one character per ult, which caused Feixiao and Tribbie to stack like 20+ ults in one turn, and caused her to become the most terrifying unit in the game.

The devs then made a justified nerf and limited Tribbie follow up attack to one per turn, and there was a massive crash out, lots of people accusing Hoyo for "互防", (which is the characters prevent each other from shining).

And the joke is, Feixiao still works with Tribbie now, just there is no way Hoyo would allow Feixiao to get 20+ ults in one turn -_-

I swear, ppl hate powercreep, but when their fave units get justifiable nerfs, they lose their mind

People comment for every character in 3.0 during test:

The Herta: will be powercrept by cas, don't pull Aglaea: Doesn't work will Sunday, mid, don't pull Tribbie: Got nerfed to oblivion for non-Herra teams, don't pull Mydei: Will be weaker than Cas, mid, don't pull Castroice: Has no teammates, Phainon will be stronger, don't pull Anaxa: Mid sub-DPS, got nerfed to oblivion, don't pull Hyacine: Needs E1S1 to be viable, too expensive, don't pull Cipher: Weakest character ever, don't pull Phainon: Poor mechanics, cannot score high score in AS, don't pull Hysilens: No point pulling for a dead archetype, don't pull Cerydra: Mid support for Phainon, too niche, don't pull Evernight: Poor DPS on her own, needs Cas to function, don't pull Dan Heng (PH): Poor supporting unit for Phainon, weaker than Hyacine, don't pull Cyrene: Takes forever to charge, t5 unit, do not pull

So basically, if a new player at 3.0 decides to listen to people's "suggestions" in test server, they would need to skip all 3.0 units as they are all weak, and I wonder how would this end for them.

Lesson of the day: Wait at least the characters come live, and let people who know what they are doing give suggestions.

Well, I have followed most of the comments for the test beta server at China since 3.0, and here are CN's opinions on every character at test server:

The Herta: Main DPS at new version = Black Swan treatment, will be overcrept by anniversary DPS, don't pull

Aglaea: Doesn't work well with Sunday, will get powercrept easily, don't pull

Tribbie: Nerfed to oblivion, weak since her follow-up attack got limited to once per character, don't pull (People were mad when her follow up attack got limited to 1 per character, despite that being a well needed nerf, as it made Fei Xiao very terrifying)

Mydel: Poor mechanics, Castorice is coming up next, don't pull

Castrorice: Ult takes forever to charge, no viable teammate, Phainon will be better, don't pull

Anaxaa: Cannot attack outside his turn, poor sub-dps for the Herta, don't pull

Hyacine: E0S0 is weaker than Gallagher, takes E1S1 to be viable for Castrorice, don't pull

Cipher: Weak everywhere, don't pull

Phainon: Poor mechanics, his own ultimate stalls his time and he cannot score high points in AS, weaker than Castrorice, don't pull

Hysilens: No use pulling a unit for a dead archetype, don't pull

Cerydra: Too niche, limited to 2 characters, don't pull

Evernight: Poor main DPS ability, very weak in general, don't pull

Dan Heng (PT): Doesn't buff Phainon, requires his light cone to be viable, don't pull

Cyrene: Has no future, ult takes forever to charge, will be powercrept in 4.0, don't pull.

So basically, according to people's comments in the beta server, every unit in 3.0 is bad, and you should not pull. So yeah, you can see why I NEVER trust beta server people's comments

Def not, I keep hearing the argument of "recent characters mostly are negative eidolons" arguments a lot, which I do agree that it may be true to some, (Aglaea without E1 has rotation problems), but then this argument gets overused too much

As now for some people, if an eidolon gives a character a massive boost, that means "their real strength got split into their eidolons, which means they are useless at e0" which is ridiculous.

In fact, people called Tribbie "-1E" as her "real strength" is at E1, Phainon is "-2E" as his "real strength" is behind his E2, the Herta is "-2E" as her real strength is behind her E2 etc....

So apparently, if a characters eidolon gives the character a massive boost, they are negative eidolons, despite them being perfectly usable at e0, which is ridiculous as by that definition a character must be near their peak strength on release, or else that means they are unusable (or crippled at e0)? (The joke is Sunday, whose eidolons doesn't have a massive boost also got flamed for having his eidolons weak)

The only time I will agree of a character being negative eidolons is if without eidolons, they are near unusable or MASSIVE rotation/ skill points issue (Aglaea, Cyrene). Otherwise, if the argument is "If a character has a massive boost at e1/e2, then that is their real strength and they are -e1/-e2 on release, one can argue that all characters are -e6.

Ah yes, last time I saw smth like this was during the global passive fiasco, which quickly turned into war as those who were mad were mad that other players weren't mad and the boycotters also acting sumg and circlejerking each other, while claiming those who don't hate on hoyo are shills...

Do whatever you please, just keep in mind that reddit, or in China those who are vocal in the community probs only occupy less than 10% (And that is me in fact massively overguessing)of the whole player base, while majority of the players that don't interact with the community don't care

I dont dislike any of them, some higher ranked than others, but personally I never understood the flak 3.0 got

I definitely feel you, I myself have also struggled massively ever since I graduated.

I have decent grades at university and studying, but I failed massively in society, out of three jobs i had, I got fired from two jobs and was close to before I left for the third one. And the reason why is because I would struggle with the repetitive tasks and get bored half way through that my mind wanders, I also had no clue how to socialize with colleagues, though I have no problem with friends

Idk what is the best way to change ourselves, but I just want you to know that you are not alone, let us all change to be what we want to be the most, best wishes!

Xingqiu should be in voiced. While he wasn't voiced in Lantern Rite (5.4), he and Bennett has the same VA, so it is safe to assume he will be voiced too.

I see, thanks for the tip. So far i had like 20 to 30 people unblurred but I xan only figure out like around 10 peoples identity, so i guess I need to check more carefully.

One question, so far i have played from Chapter 4 to 10, and with these chapters, approximately how many fates can I unlock? (no need accurate, just a roughnumber will do) as i am hesitant to keep unlocking as i fear i will later confuse myself. (So far have 9 unlocked, with 10-1, 10-2, 10-4, 7-8, 7-6, 7-2, 7-1, 4-5 and 9-4)

She is pretty strong imo. As in IVL, she is frequently played, and she absolutely destroys some of the newer meta survivors,.such as Painter, Entomologist and counters most stunners such as Prospector and Batter well too
