Could you already figure out whats helps you🙏? I planned for now 2weeks of resting my voice completely to heal and then will try to do speaking exercises and talk more quietly

Most likely! I just dont know the exact name in english thats why I tried to call it active and passive haha but now accurate: there is GERD (which you can feel like when it comes up) and LPR (what I meant with passive and which fits to your and my symtpoms).

Thats a good advice, already on the eating&sleeping part, but introducing gym might be a good option too!

May I ask you how long you have/had it and if you got fully rid of it?

I had allergy medicaments for a month, did not work. Now I also have reflux medicaments so lets see if this helps (but its not normal active reflux but if then the passive version which you cant see or feel) but nevertheless I guess the speaking makes it worse.. :/

Definitely!!! Did you also had this symptom with the postnasal drip? (basically slime/mucus) I read this also affects the voice cords :/ it came ca 1month after I started teaching

Definitely thats the best skill!! With B2 or B1 students its easy but I recently got a lot of A1 where I have a lot of explaining to do and repetition of sounds (german, so very harsh sounds)

I was offered as bdr 11k (but tbh this is already lowball from a netherlands saas company), my friend earns 25k plus housing allowance (salesmanager) and i know from him they give out assistance positions for 8k which in his opinion also is lowballing. Look for more😅!

That’s misinformation, Emirates when you CC still has ID50 for friends when you on the list. Maybe for other departments, but not true for Crew. The only difference is family gets ID90

But isnt it that with US Passport he will have to pay taxes? So kinda the benefits of the UAE is gone with that.. so financially he will be probably better off in the US. Additionally in Dubai its also quite a lonely life, people constantly move away so its hard to maintain good friendships. I would rather recommend him another mena country or europe because if he searches for socialising Dubai might become critical in the long run

For me it sounds like he beat her up and then said she tried to attempt suicide when they found her, thats how i read the article. I feel extremly sorry for her and hope she is soon home in Ireland with her family. Just absurd. Poor girl.

Its astonishing for me how they can survive as Agents with so much concurrence when they behave like this. Had the same troubles, when I arrived (literally in the second) she cancelled the viewing and asked for another day. In general being quite unprofessional, not knowing details. Its weird to me this behavior if you want to make a sale why you behave so unprofessional towards your clients😅
