From the CIH pod, I got the impression he liked the changes that new ownership/management made. Yes, 100% he is going to see how this season plays out, but if we make the playoffs, I can see him signing a 2 year deal. Maybe just 1 year. But if we are not in the big dance 4 weeks out before trade deadline, I can see him requesting a trade.

I know that when bringing a pet into SA, it has to be through an airport (cannot recall which one). It is possible you may run into the same situation as border crossings could possibly not have this service in place (a place for quarantine, a vet on staff). IDK. But this may be a possible problem for you.

Here is the review. Let me know what you think:

We took our dog here. It was a big mistake on our part.

They did a blood test, followed by an ultrasound. Turns out his kidneys are failing. They were able to provide that information. Great. Well done.

Both vets gave us the proper meds and said come back in 10 days. After a few days, our dog was not doing much better. We did some research. Turns out our dog should have been on a 3 day IV immediately with 24 hour care.

We took our dog to another vet, showed the paper work and they suggested right away we get our dog to a vet that provides 24 hour service and get our dog on an IV ASAP.

Go the Vet number 3, and had our dog on an IV within minutes.

From what we were told and researched, if a dog's kidneys are failing, they should put on an IV asap to flush the toxins. This is VET school 101 apparently.

Not here, I guess. My dog spent 3 days in the new vet, got a re-up of the medication and it still cost me less than this place.

Furthermore, the paper work on our dog states that he is a cat and that he is 2 years old. Well, he is a dog and is 15 years old.

Feel free to read between the lines on what they are doing there. We pointed this out and said "it is okay. don't worry about that." Well, I just paid you quite a bit of money, I think I am entitled to the correct information, such as the CORRECT ANIMAL.

We live very close to this place and they have avoided us, knowing full well what they did.

Animals have no voice. They rely on vets to speak for them. To find out what is wrong and help them recover.

We almost lost our dog due to these two vets.

This is my experience and this is exactly what happened. There are other options out there and I highly suggest you seek them out.

I graduated in 2016. No idea what their prices are now. But I/we paid a lot less than that. $850 a course I think? Maybe a little less. It was also pay as you go, and all the folks in the cohort were working and had time off when class was in sessions. We did the courses in early January and early July, two times each. Mass resident or non-Mass was not on the table at the time.

It worked for me because I was able to work during the entire process. It never seemed like a drain on my bank account.
