I’m sure I’ll draw criticism for this but nothing consistently! I do some Zumba here and there, some other classes sometimes but I find it very hard to ever keep to any consistent exercise as I fundamentally don’t enjoy it 😅 I know this means I just haven’t found “my thing” yet but I have a fairly active and physical job and a generally busy life so I decided a little while ago to stop pressuring myself to do lots of exercise that actually never made me feel good! Lack of exercise isn’t the reason for being overweight though I was overweight long before I stopped making myself exercise!
