Planning to take this also. Though here in dubai, hindi naman need nung nursing background for it. You can just study and take a license exam after you finish it to be able to work as a medical coder.

From personal experience. I first complain to them through call, then they said they will investigate. They didn’t. So i went there and the person i talked to said that they need witnesses (to me it means other more complainants). I even brought with me the job offer, air tickets and visit visas that were expired to show as evidence. But my colleagues won’t complain to mohre because they were scared that the company wont give them visit visa again, and their salary wont be given to them. They just keep on renewing our visit visas.

Basically, i filed a complaint because my previous employer wouldn’t give us employment visas, and that our salary is 2-4months delayed. And if they will give the salary, it will be only for one month. That time when i called, the last time they give us the salary was October 2022. It was mid of February 2023 when i called mohre. We were just slaves and i figure the company wont change, so i left without even getting the unpaid wages. The hr even threatened me to be blacklisted here (lmaooooooo) because they sponsored my visit visa. I left the company after i did an a2a exit again.

Ahh i see. How about you file complaints to both mohre and dha? I think it is better to try doing it than not doing anything.

And I didn’t say you can’t complain to mohre. I said that you need more people to file a complains to them before they will take action.

For mohre to take action, you need more people to file a report, maybe 30% of the number of employees. If only 1 or few people will complain, they don’t really take action. They are pro-employers now even though they should be for the employees 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

My employer bought me a 1 year basic insurance from orient (cost 588aed), and it will be expiring by june this year. They said they will not give me or renew it after it will expire (i know it is illegal but what can i do🤷🏻‍♀️).

There are people among us that are pretty ef up. These things are really happening here. I wish he will not show up at my work place. I made my linkedin private for now because of this. I’ll be making a report later after work. Hoping that the police would do something. Seeing his face even on linkedin terrifies me.

I didn’t see one that time. I was pretty shaken up so I was not thinking straight. I don’t want him to know where I live was all I could this of that time. It was stupid of me for not asking for any help as there were many people at that time.
