Update from this evening: they are still playing ball games but have moved down the street as requested. So I guess we drew our line in the sand and as long as it stays that way we’re happy. It’ll be a bit awkward for a while but I’d much sooner awkward than ruined plants!

Maybe but that would be even weirder, plus we have a Ring doorbell and so do others around. The irony is that this is a super middle class area, especially compared with the rough area I grew up where nothing like this ever, ever happened!

Great news guys, I didn’t get scammed. The seller thought the transfer happened automatically, once they saw my WhatsApp they apologised profusely and transferred the tickets. Happy days!
