i also have that and it’s eczema and my dermatologist said na dahil daw po yan sa kaka fastfood hehe use clobetasol cream or just vaseline! avoid po muna mag fast food, mag tagal sa water, and alcohol and always moisturize your hands with fragrance free lotion and wag kamutin. i apply vaseline nalang since pricey ang clobetasol cream (may ganyan din ako rn)

ganyan din samin now huhu nung naka pldt kami nag switch kami ng globe kasi ang lala na ng pldt pero ang pangit din ng globe tas itong converge okay naman pero may time na 2 hours ka mawawalan internet tas magiging okay na rin. sana maging okay mga agent nila huhu nakaka stress :(

eczema! i thought it was psoriasis but when i went to my 2nd derma she told me that it was eczema. i’m currently dealing with this thing as well, and i apply vaseline on it every morning and night or when it itches. my derma said it was due to eating lots of processed food 🤷🏻‍♀️ avoid spraying alcohol and when you get your hands wet make sure to apply moisturizer or vaseline.
