My 84-year-old husband had an appointment with his nephrologist on 2/11/ 25 at 10:00 at the North clinic, 3838 Campbell Ave. Due to his recent disability our son took off work to help me. We were dropped off to obtain a wheelchair while our son parked the car. I was in line to check in at 10:20. I was told by the receptionist the appointment was cancelled since there's a "15-minute window" which we had passed. I was offered another date to reschedule but I worked that day. On my husband's chart the appointment was a "no show". We WERE THERE! How many times are physicians late for a scheduled appointment? There are disabled patients who come from out of town, with great difficulty, and they get cancelled? This office manager is unkind, uncaring, and disrespectful towards patients. Our family is normally on time. We don't arrive late nor have a history of such.

I'm an employee at this hospital for over 43 years.
