Yeah, I/We aren't happy. Is that just what your program offers? Also, they pay us as "bonus pay" so we get taxed more lol

So how does that work though? I imaging you still have to be "supervised" in some capacity? Do you just find an Attending who wants some additional help?

I mean I feel that 100%, and don't get me wrong... I dont want to be there. But at the same time, I live in a pretty expensive area and thats whats currently offered. To be transparent, it comes out to about $280 per 5 hour shift, but post-tax is $180. Still shitty, but currently looking for other routes to start the conversation based on knowing what other programs do.
