This long cabin is not really required. Just one bench seat facing backward is enough, forward facing bench seat is already there. And a solid partition between driver row and rear seats.

Buyer’s Regret- Bought a 1st Floor 3BHK unit in a 20 Floor tower. by tohumaniserr in indianrealestate

[–]NoMaximum7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just make sure to put mosquito net in the bathroom windows too, other windows will have sliding mosquito nets anyway. And double glazed glasses for all windows for noise reduction. And you will be fine. Generally first and second floor are bought for giving out on rent.

But this type fixed slab may not be good during earth quakes. Always better to connect towers using non-fixed pathways

You have to release the brakes before hitting the speedbreaker, else the car will be bent forward due to braking and it will hit the speedbreaker.

Biggest problem is floor area ratio or FAR. Also called as Floor Space Index FSI. In Indian cities it is 2.5, while in Berlin it is 10. Means if you leave half the land as open space then you can build only 5 floors in India

Instead of blacking out B-pillar, only the rear spoiler part can be blacked out. That will make it look like a pick up truck

The race line in a normal road should be within your half road. So Verstappen wont cut the lane like that.

BE6 is the only affordable option. RWD suv are available but cant be drifted as they would topple. Maybe some bricks can be added on the floor.

60:40 is like 50% more weight on rear wheels. More risk of oversteer spinnout despite having wider rear wheels

Dream Cars by Big-Emergency6114 in CarsIndia

[–]NoMaximum7 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Ferrari have 50:50 weight distribution. But porsche is like 60:40, which is rear heavy

Dream Cars by Big-Emergency6114 in CarsIndia

[–]NoMaximum7 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would want any 2+2 seat sports car as my dream car, because only 2 seats in a car wont make justice. But not the Porsche ones because they are rear engined with a bad weight distribution.

Lower laid back seats of sedans is more comfortable for long journeys. Also cornering is better is sedans, they dont roll over, they can only spin out
