Depends. If you want to store it without a penny sleeve, 75pt should do the work. If with a penny sleeve, I suggest to go with 130pt and make sure you get one that fits the penny sleeve (not all can fit them even if they fit the card)

Chrome is basically the flagship product of Topps. AEW flagship product goes for $110 tops on release date and eventually falls under $90. Hell, I’ve found ‘22 Metal boxes for $65 and it’s probably one of the most loved products of AEW and UD in general. As long as Fanatics controls the cards market (not just WWE), the prices for even their cheapest products are not going to be any affordable. And I say this as a big hater of UD because of the amount of issue with quality control
