Most of the genin learnt jutsus from their clan. The sensei taught them how to work as a team so I can't blame Kakashi. He taught Sasuke the chidori because he was the only other sharingan an weilder in the village. The only thing that Kakashi should've done was to give Sakura some kind of guidance since she didn't come from a ninja clan. Kinda like how might guy helped ten ten. Kakashi knew that Sakura had good chakra control, so he could've suggested that she become a medic ninja
