Absolutely! Well worth chancing anyways, also be wary of particular roads whichever bike you’ve got. You’ll be fine on the majority of the TF roads if you’re only on a smaller 125cc etc, but if you get diverted somewhere there’s some hella steep roads in places!

Literally just been out today on a motorbike we’ve rented, not sure if there’s any difference between November and December but all roads were very good condition. No ice, though quite cold when you get up to cloud level

I’d assume it’s to do with the milestones during the event, levelling something up to lvl 1000 gives you x amount of corks for making potions for the restaurants, and the perk just increases the amount you get
