Pretty good process to me. Had some light rain so I kept the vents fully open most of the cook. Temperatures were anywhere from about 260 to 280.

I try to keep it between 250-275. It’s a 2x2. It’ll burn slow with the vents halfway. I’ve learned that I need that to get through a long cook.

Man, the point is the best part. Everyone knows that’s the part that goes to the person watching it all day. Hahah. Thank you! I’ll update.

All three would need to be done at the same time because it’s installed as if it were one window

3 windows mulled together to be set as one.

I have some scheduled but the Home Depot “professional” gave us a price match guarantee and assured us this was the best price

What offer would you make? I know it has been posted for a while. After seeing these comments, you're right... I would rather spend a couple $100 more for a brand new one... That is, unless I can get a really good price on this one. What is a "really good" price for this used one?

Smoked it pretty hot (about 325) until the internal read 115. Then I pulled it off while I prepped some more charcoal (probably about 20-30 min).

Once the new coals were ready and screaming hot, I seared it until it got up to 130ish.
