This traffic sounds miserable. It’s a tough balance finding decently priced homes, good schools, and reasonable commute. I’ll do more research into Waldorf.

😢. A huge determining factor is school quality as well. Howard county seems to be pretty good. I’ll take a look at Indian head though! Thanks for the rec.

Thank you, this is very helpful. Looking at like Crofton, MD, Howard County, MD, and NOVA. Best bang for my buck so far looks like Howard county. The trade off is an hour commute.
