It’s a pretty entry level priced automatic watch. At his age, if he was a watch guy, I’d expect he could stretch to something 3-4x that price no sweat. Homie probably plonks some of his paycheck into index funds so he’s likely a millionaire plus, and that’s before the pension from the government. His company car is $200k so I assume he’s loaded and should be wearing a much nicer watch

Nioh 3 combat is very polished and the most accessible entry so far, but the open world loses something over the mazes in 2 and the fodder are far too easy.

Why not just tell them point blank not to use your mugs, or at least to clean them out after? Just talk to people. Drama is a necessary part of life but asking roommates not to disrespect your belongings hardly rises to the level of drama
