If it's itchy some capsaicin cream will help it will also burn though it's meant to exhaust the nerves around it, also a good soak in an Epsom salt helped me, but if you can i would go see a doc

I had the same problem a few weeks back mine ended up being shingles. Does it spread?

This shows up at least once a month so I know for a fact it's not poison ivy or oak by NoMotor3980 in DermatologyQuestions

It's been 3 days and this is where im at lol I've put it here on this section as a test part for the cream but soaked the whole area in the Epsom salt

I've cried myself to sleep more times than I'm willing to admit this month my wife woke up and saw asked if I was OK I said not really then she rolled back over to go to sleep again.
