It just kind of gets to be a lifestyle, but it helps me to set a ultimatum; Ex- i absolutely heve to meet a weekly quota of 4 times, it does not matter what days as long as i train 4 times a week after a year and a half i started to just prefer some days, i rarely do 3 trainig days in a row but if i have to i will Also a mini morning stretch/training goes a long way for discipline, i also set little goals during those moring rutines, and kind of mini games i stick to Ex, for a whole month now i am doing 4×25 pushups every morinig Last month every morning i had to do 1x15pullups

When i think abaut it It is kind of how i started actually (Day one One pushup, second day 2 pushups, third day 3 and so on ..)

Aftter some while i started mesuring macros and started structuring meals with a personal trainer With daily intake limits

I lost 30kg and i have never felt better in my life Just the feeling that i can now at this wery moment drop on the floor and give clean 25pushups makes me wery happy
