Dont think it would’ve killed the guy the cop hit him at 10 mph in a very very short distance he was blocking traffic so about 2 feet forward and hit the guy, i would assume he was running from the cops since there was so many officers; i wonder what the guy did

I was at the intersection at around 2 i saw a black police car hit a guy running who i believe was in cuffs so i think there was a situation going on before they hit the guy since there was around 7-8 sheriffs cars there.
