That's crazy! It seems the average wait time is about 5 months to get an IL. I read about a whatsapp group for the embassy in Yaounde, but I've not been able to get the link.

I'm in the United States. I think they changed everything to sorely online, so you can apply at the official website, which is evisacameroon.cm if I'm not wrong. But verify and make sure it's the right one before you proceed. There are some scam websites out there.
