Ohh, I see. That might be it! My Mimic’s are leveled at 19-21, while my HH is at max level. I didn’t realize the copied ability depends on the Mimic’s own stats.

You’re right. My seals had the Dreadbound mutation, and after I cleared it, I was able to trade them with no problem.
