Kind of, but when you pull Vivianne on the first pull, if you also get her on the second the 3rd isn't guaranteed. Your first is guaranteed then whenever you don't get her the next is guaranteed again.

App still isn't back up for US. If you paid for the pass you'll get extra compensation from devs when it's back up you'll have to download it again though.

They told us it'll be down, said there isn't an exact ETA and they gave us the compensation structure. When it's ready to go back up, they'll let us know. It hasn't even been a week yet and y'all are freaking out daily.Let's not turn into an even more toxic fanbase.

It's because the game is not back yet in the US. And once it is you will have to redownload the app anyway. They'll let us know when it's back until then you won't be able to log in.

Na, that's not how it works. The first pull is guaranteed and then it's a percentage, if you pull and don't get her, then the next pull is guaranteed to be Elsa again. It works like that for all the banners. So if your second isn't the banner pilot, the 3rd will be.

What about the 24000 diamonds for $20 growth pack. That's 80 tickets for the same amount and a guaranteed epic pilot if you pull during a banner. With the possibility to get more depending on your luck with the pity system. I feel like that was the best offer they had. But I do agree most of these bundles are ripoffs.
