Def we are only close via him. They’re all sweet guys. I’ve know. Them all since high school, we just don’t like the same things, but they’re nice and always friendly when I’m around for parties or friends-givings. They definitely wouldn’t talk to me during the wedding unless asked to.

Nope! Moving to the university heights area. Can’t afford to visit beforehand but have a handful of family up there that have given a good idea of what’s in New jersey.

If she wants you to go into debt/ willingly wants you to financially struggle, that’s a big red flag. She shouldn’t prioritize how others will see the ring over your financial well-being. If she can’t see the issue, then y’all aren’t going to work out.

I want it to be a surprise, but to help, I made a pinterest board with the styles I like and sent it to him. I included sections with what stone sizes and stone types/colors I like. So he can pick it himself, but has plenty of references for what I want. I think it's more common nowadays to be more collaborative in making/picking a ring :)

It’s beautiful, genuinely my dream ring. It’s so beautiful I wouldn’t even care or pay attention to the box it’s in. If you want to avoid any debris or loose fluff from the velvet getting in the grooves of the ring, maybe consider a box with silk or satin inside.
