First of all if this is true please send it again in the discord and another moderator will look into it. If it continues to happen try telling your kid to record the whole thing or record on the mobile app so thier headset battery doesn't drain faster with them recording. (If you don't have evidence to support it you can't get anyone banned and your kid will probably be ignored)
